Neighborhood Pumpkin Party
This was our second annual pumpkin carving party that we hosted for our neighbors and AF friends. Everyone comes over to our garage and fills their bellies with chili and lots of good Halloween treats. Then when everyone is done eating they get their pumpkins they brought and start carving. David & I try to help all the neighborhood kids carve their pumpkins. It is a messy job but the kids love it! They draw their own faces on the pumpkins and we do the carving! At the end we line them all up and turn out the lights! Happy Halloween!

Black Island Farms Harvest Festival
Olivia and I had not been with David in over 4 weeks! This past Saturday we were finally able to have the whole day off and wanted to do something fun as a family. We decided to go to the pumpkin patch. We ended up going to this huge farm that is about 15 minutes away called the Black Island Farm. They have a wonderful Harvest Festival set up for the season. There were animals, food, slides, a corn maze, and a hay ride that takes you out into the fields to pick your own pumpkins! There was so much to do and we had so much fun! Here some pics from the day!
Olivia at 13 months
A few weeks ago we were back in Montana visiting. We have a good friend named Heather who is a great photographer. I wasn't really happy with how Olivia's 1 year pics turned out so I decided to have Heather take some outdoor pics of her. We are really excited because they turned out great! Now we just have to decide what ones to frame and hang up! Thanks Heather for fitting us in and doing such a great job!
